HELP US SAY CONGRATS ON THE D2 SCHOLARSHIP
@Xavier Mclean
Pay Attention
Be aware of the coaches that come by to visit your schools this winter and spring. You can start building relationships with these individual coaches.

RECRUITING BOARD MATTERS: Know where you rank on the scholarship board
College Programs will give more offers than scholarships available. They will send out more offers then roster spots available. Which makes a lot of offers Non-commit-able.
For example, If you are offered to play safety and you are the 5th ranked safety on the team's board at your position, meaning 4 other prospects before you and the team only has 2 scholarships available. If 2 safeties
commit, then your offer is no more

🟡⚪️⚫️Four of the most motivated individuals I have had the privilege to speak to in the 2025 class. High character guys and they will succeed. Some offers but recruiting still open⚫️⚪️🟡

Recruiting 101
Your film has to be better than the other HS athletes around the country and the athletes in the transfer portal.
Make sure your film is organized with the top plays first. You have to stand out in your first three plays
Also, the highlight tape is the preview to grab the coaches attention. They will evaluate a few of your full games because everyone post their great plays but with the full game they can see what you do when the ball doesn't come your way
