Coaches, also known as instructors are seen as an individual you can respect and you give them authority to lead. When becoming a coach, you have a responsibility to challenge your student and effectively deliver methods for improvement. It is also the coach’s responsibility to pursue a real relationship with their athletes, students, employees, etc.
